My Success Story:

After struggling for 20 years with the conventional low-fat/low-calorie, calories-in-calories-out philosophy, I finally researched low-carb/restricted-carb plans, and have been strictly limiting my carbohydrate intake. I eat when I'm hungry, and I choose low-carb options like meat (organic/grass-fed whenever possible), cheese, eggs and non-starchy vegetables (all organic as much as possible). I eat lots of good fats - grass-fed animal fats (including butter and ghee), coconut oil, and olive oil.
