The WeightChart Approach to Wellness

Our approach is based on three steps outlined by government sources:

1: Eating Right

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a healthy eating plan should supplement various fruits and vegetables with a few lean proteins, while consuming only a low amount of fats and sugars.

2: Regular Exercise

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention state that 'regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy' and encourage 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week.'

3: Tracking Your Progress

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), 'Record keeping is one of the most successful behavioral techniques for weight loss and maintenance.'

Steps 1 and 2 are up to you, we can help with 3

We're not going to tell you how to eat or exercise, we provide tools to help you validate your wellness strategy
