My Success Story:

My breakfast consists of 4 raw organic eggs and 1 cup of whey protein mixed with water. During the day, I eat about 5 apples and 3 bananas for my carbs. Supper consists of fish, whey and more eggs. I lift weights one day and race walk 3 miles the next.
