My Success Story:
I used to have no idea how I really gained and lost weight. I looked at it as a day to day thing instead of looking at overall trends. If I ate really poorly one day, it had no bearing on how I ate the next few days because I didn't really see how it all was working together. I just kept on gaining weight without really understanding how to make a change. Now that I'm eating better ( I joined Weight Watchers) and exercising regularly, I'm making real progress towards my healthy weight goal and seeing visual results really helps me stay motivated!

I really wanted to lose my baby weight and get down to a healthy weight before getting pregnant again. Being able to set short term goals and knowing whether or not they're reasonable has been a huge help! Plus, I love seeing how far I've come instead of just looking at how far I have to go.
