My Success Story:

Simply Eating Right, Running 2 Miles Every Morning & cutting out Sugars the best I can. When I do eat (sweets) I eat small proportions instead of pigging out. Also try to fit in Fruits much as possible. I am also taking Oxy Elite Pro Diet Pills that has helped me alot too with little & no side effects that I know of.
