My Success Story:

My weight loss journey began in college. I weighed 230 lbs. my freshman year, but fortunately I defied the "Freshman 15" and ended up losing a total of 60 lbs. over four years. After graduation, I needed to find exercise that I would enjoy doing over the long run. I began Jazzercise and have gained about 13 lbs. back from my low, but have a faster metabolism and great muscle strength. I'm now ready to get to my ultimate goal of 150.

How WeightChart is helping:

WeightChart has given me a way to actively chart my progress and give me a history of where I've been and where I'm going. I really like being able to track my weight daily and set visible goals for myself. I know that I'm going to make it this time! :)
