My Success Story:

Not to my goal yet but 20 pounds makes me feel like I'm doing things right this time and I really can reach my goal. I'm only losing 5 pounds a month. I'm jogging 2 miles 5 days a week. If it rains too much I do 30 min on my eliptical so that I exercise consistently 5 days a week. I am well organized at work and have removed a lot of work stress from my life. I do gain weight when I am stressed. I have been fat before but that was when I was in the sixth grade. I was 180 lbs. I was 125 lbs by the time I was in ninth grade. I didn't think I would ever be fat again. It wasn't until I was 30 married and my work became stressful that I started to rapidly gain weight. I had mostly kept between 130-140 during my young adult life. But I started gaining 15 pounds a year and 25 last year alone. Wben I reached 200 lbs and started to see the pictures I had to make a change. There was also big changes at work with a new supervisor which alieviated alot of the stress I had been under.

How WeightChart is helping:

Weight Chart helps me make realistic goals. At first I thought I could lose 5 pounds a week. And did the first week. But when I couldn't loose more felt frustraited. I found weight chart and started puting in my goals and they kept saying prognosis difficult. And when I found I made my goals more reachable I found I met them and would stick with my diet longer. It also helps to have a journal where you can reflect on your moods and decisions. I love WeightChart.
