My Success Story:
I was at my heaviest weight ever.. 190lbs. 6 weeks later, I'm at 161lbs!! Yay :-) I feel great, my energy has increased, my focus is better and I don't suffer from medical issues that I used to when I was at my heaviest of 190lbs. Like sever migraines, high blood pressure, diabetes type 2, laziness, and insomnia.
What I did was get my mind ready for the long haul, it took me a while but eventually I was ready..I couldn't stand the weight any longer and I was failing at every other diet out there. I went to go see my Family doctor. He put me on a weight loss program for 6weeks. This program has helped me tremendously!! With his help, I'm doing great! I see the doctor at least once a week to make sure I'm doing good and reassurance that I can keep it up.

Weight Chart has been a great motivation for me. It's really a great tool to be able to see the progress I've made in front of me. Sometimes it's hard to believe the mirror but for some reason, I can feel a great sense of accomplishment when I view the chart
