My Success Story:

I reached my heaviest weight in life, 212lb, while pregnant with my daughter in 2009. I was determined not to reach the 200lb mark, but I understood that weight gain was inevitable & committed to loosing the weight after she was born. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to work out much at first, but still, I was down 25lb by the time she was 7mos old. That gave me the motivation to push even harder. Now, I'm eating right (fruits, veggies, whole grains, limited chicken, turkey & fish, no red meat or pork, no fried foods), working out, and drinking LOTS of water. My goal is to lose 3lb/wk for the next 12 wks so that I can look FANTASTIC for my vacation this summer. Wish me luck!
