My Success Story:
I began my weight loss journey on March 28, 2010. I then weighed in at a hefty 277 lbs! Since then I have used Slim-fast shakes and meal bars occasionally, but mostly I have just been using diet foods (sodas, teas, water, salad dressings, low-sodium cheese), along with lots of vegetables, both cooked and raw (broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, green beans and peas), along with less bread than I used to eat by using tortilla wraps instead of regular slices of bread.
