My Success Story:
Trying to cut out breads, some slight portion control, less red meats, changed snacks to popcorn & fruits. Maybe a little less soda and beer. That's about it. I am sedentary by nature and have not added exercise. I'd like to, but have not yet. My goal is to be around 195, I think my ideal weight is something like 175, I have no desire to lose that much. It's been a month and a half (12/12/09) and I've lost 15 lbs so far...
